Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WALinkr (the "Service"), a platform that lets you connect your WhatsApp number and send and receive messages through an API and dashboard. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract, and if you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
- If you think a key or password has been exposed, regenerate the key or change your password straight away and let us know.
2. How the Service works, and WhatsApp risks
WALinkr is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. The Service links to WhatsApp Web sessions on your behalf. You understand and accept that:
- WhatsApp may restrict, limit, or ban numbers at its own discretion, particularly for bulk, unsolicited, or reported messages. We cannot control this and are not responsible for any such action or for the loss of a number.
- A number can disconnect at any time (for example if you log out from Linked Devices, your phone is offline for long, or WhatsApp changes its systems). Messages sent while a number is disconnected will fail and are not queued or resent automatically.
- We recommend using a number you can afford to lose and not relying on the Service alone for critical or time-sensitive messages.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them;
- send anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- phish, distribute malware, or impersonate another person or company;
- break WhatsApp's own terms and policies, or the laws that apply to messaging and data protection where you and your recipients are located;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, or resell it without our written permission;
- create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial or evade a suspension.
You are solely responsible for your messages and for having the consent of your recipients.
4. Plans, free trial, and payments
- Plans, prices (in euros), and limits are shown on our Pricing page. Each plan includes the number of WhatsApp numbers and the rate limits listed there.
- New accounts may start one 24-hour free trial. The trial can be used once per customer, and we may refuse or end a trial if we detect abuse, for example the same phone number being used across several trial accounts.
- Paid plans are billed for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Mollie; we do not store your card details.
- Access to a paid plan lasts for the period you paid for. When it ends, the Service may be suspended until you renew.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a plan period has started.
- We may change prices or plan features. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we'll give reasonable notice of increases.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if your use puts the Service, other customers, or WhatsApp numbers at risk, if a payment is reversed or fails, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your numbers, and their sessions and API keys stop working.
6. Your data and privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short:
- We store your account details, your numbers' connection information, and a log of messages sent and received through the Service so that you can view your history and so that the Service works.
- Message content passes through our servers in order to be delivered. Please don't send information you aren't allowed to share, and be careful with sensitive data.
- If a webhook URL is set on a number, incoming messages and connection events are forwarded to that URL. You are responsible for the security of the endpoint you choose.
- We use your email address to send verification codes, service alerts (such as a disconnected number), and important notices about your account.
- You are responsible for meeting the data-protection obligations that apply to the personal data of your own contacts and recipients.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered. We may change, improve, or remove features, and may carry out maintenance from time to time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WALinkr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, customers, or business, or for a number being restricted or banned by WhatsApp. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new Terms. For significant changes we'll try to notify you by email or in the dashboard.
